At alibabaxyz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
